Directors shall not be personally liable for any debt, liability, or obligations of BAYS. All persons, corporations, or other entities extending credit to, contracting with, or having any claim against BAYS may look only to the funds and property of BAYS for payment of any such contract, claims, or for payment of debts, damages, judgments, or decrees, or any other monies that otherwise may become due or payable to them from BAYS.
